Visitors to Katmai National Park and Preserve take photos of brown bears at Brooks Falls. This was part of a project to help understand the difference between online and on-site brown bear viewing experiences.

Visitors hiking in the cross canyon corridor (better known as rim to rim) of Grand Canyon National Park. Students setting up and collecting data from day users and those whose goal was to walk rim to rim (or in some cases, rim to rim to rim). To capture this use the research team would begin collecting data at 4am!
